Does Denmark Have Democracy in 2030? — Søndersø Bibliotek, Søndersø

A debate event about democracy, political values, and what holds us together - even when we disagree. The presentation offers an accessible introduction to the central ideologies shaping the Danish political landscape: conservatism, liberalism, and socialism. We explore why our worldviews and moral values can clash so sharply, and how we can still talk to each other across different opinions.

The evening is led by Lene Rachel Andersen, an award-winning Danish author, philosopher, and futures researcher with more than 20 books on the interplay between technological development, human meaning-making, and democracy.

Tuesday, January 12 at 7 p.m. at Tingstedet, Vesterled 8, 5471 Søndersø. Tickets cost 75 kr. and are purchased at nordfynsbib.dk - remaining tickets are sold at the door.
