Baby Massage

Baby massage is an excellent postpartum activity. Research shows that massage triggers the bonding hormone oxytocin in both parent and baby, promoting attachment and strengthening your relationship.

During the workshop, you will be guided by Stefanie Vinther, a certified baby massage instructor and zone therapist. She will demonstrate a full-body massage and show you how to use massage and zone therapy at home to help with common issues: overstimulation, constipation, sleep problems, congestion, and cough.

The workshop lasts one hour with time for questions afterwards. You will receive a small bottle of organic vegetable oil to take home. Please bring a changing mat or waterproof mat and 2-3 cloth nappies.

The workshop is for babies aged 2-10 months and takes place in Salen.
