Baby Motor Skills is a class for you and your baby, where you use the body, senses and play as the focal point - both wild and calm, with song, games, pressure and gentle strokes.

Babies benefit from active physical use, and research shows it can have significance well into adulthood. Body awareness is created in childhood through play with contrasts, for example wild versus calm movements. The approach is similar to baby massage instruction: the focus is on attachment and togetherness, not performance.

You get the games written down to take home, so it's no problem if your baby suddenly wants to eat or sleep. The class is tailored for babies from 3 to 10 months.
