FORTÆL - Bodegafortællinger

Aske Ebbesen takes the audience behind the doors of Copenhagen's bodegas - into the nicotine-stained, spirit-hazed corners of the city where funny, touching, and absurd stories only emerge late at night, and where everyone promises themselves "just one more..."

The event is free but requires registration via Billetto.dk. There are limited seats, and the age limit is: old enough to go to a bar.

Bodega Stories is part of the storytelling festival FORTÆL, running from 7 to 12 September on Islands Brygge. This is the fourth edition of the festival, organized by Islands Brygge Library with festival director Marie Louise leading the way and supported by Amager Vest Local Committee. Over five days, live storytelling performances take place at the Culture House, the library, Hans Tausen Church, and Cafe Haraldsborg, Islands Brygge 15.
