Værkstedet - Black Out Poetry

This Thursday's workshop focuses on Black Out Poetry - a technique where you paint and edit old book pages that would otherwise be discarded, transforming them into personal poems and images. All materials are provided, so you can drop in without bringing anything.

The Workshop is a creative community for adults who gather to make things by hand. You can work on your own project and use the space's recycled materials - fabric, books, and more - or borrow equipment like sewing machines, printing presses, and scissors. Sometimes there's a guided workshop, but you decide what you want to create.

Doors open at 3 PM and you can stay until 8 PM. Arrive by 6 PM at the latest. The Workshop is located in the basement under Åby Library - the entrance is from the garden behind the building (room KLUBB1).
