In Madens Hus (The House of Food), the museum's volunteers in Madlauget work with historical recipes and period kitchen tools. Which dishes and time periods are in focus depends on when you visit the museum.

Madlauget enjoys chatting about the cooking and historical recipes - and as the dishes are completed, there are usually tastings.
