Fishing Fun in Øster Hurup

A nature guide takes children and families on an exploration of the shallow water at one of Kattegat's most child-friendly beaches. Nets, buckets, and a small basin are brought along so the day's finds can be examined closely - who will find the biggest crab or the most shrimp?

Fish and mussels are also grilled on the beach for tasting.

The event is free and requires no advance booking. Meet at Rescue Sign E660 on the beach north of Øster Hurup Harbour - remember summer clothes and bare feet.

The event is supported by Lille Vildmose Nature Fund and is organized in collaboration between Øster Hurup Civic Association, Styrets Venner, Friluftsrådet, Havnens Fisk, and Lille Vildmose Centre.
