CaféSang

CaféSang is a free community singing event at Café Alsion, running from 12:00 to 13:00. It takes place eight Saturdays a year - in February, March, April, May, September, October, November and December.

At each event, a song host selects 10-12 songs, primarily from the Højskolesangbogen (Danish folk song collection). On 1 May 2027, Malene Freksen will be the song host. If you have your own copy of the Højskolesangbogen, you are welcome to bring it along.

CaféSang is arranged in collaboration with Det Sønderjyske Sangcenter and supported by Sønderborg Municipality's Committee for Culture, Sports and Citizenship.
