Ugleriget brings live owls that children and adults can hold themselves.

Visual artist Maria Lau Krogh guides participants in creating owls through art, and the owl keepers have quiz sheets, colouring pages, owl badges and an owl treasure hunt ready for the day.

The event is for children and their adults. All participants must buy a ticket.

About the venue: Ørestad Bibliotek

Ørestad Bibliotek opened in June 2012 as a combined public and school library in the Ørestad district of Copenhagen. It shares a building with Ørestad Skole and also serves as the library for Ørestad Gymnasium. The bright, open interior is divided into play, lounge and study zones across two floors, and the library runs a regular programme of events for children, families and adults.
