Ørestad Bibliotek opened in June 2012 as a combined public and school library in the Ørestad district of Copenhagen. It shares a building with Ørestad Skole and also serves as the library for Ørestad Gymnasium. The bright, open interior is divided into play, lounge and study zones across two floors, and the library runs a regular programme of events for children, families and adults.
