VITAL Festival

VITAL Festival is a five-day wellness festival in Tranekær featuring yoga, dance, breathwork, sound journeys, ceremonies, meditation and rituals.

The programme also includes sauna, bonfire and stargazing, plus organic food and experienced instructors in embodiment and self-connection. The festival takes place in and around Adamas - Tranekaer Center, close to woodland and medicinal gardens.

Places are limited. Camping space is included with your ticket; rooms can be booked separately.
