Saunagus

A meditative sauna experience by the North Sea. Step into the warmth and give yourself a sensory pause by the sea. This sauna ritual is created as a quiet and atmospheric experience where you sit in the sauna's gentle heat with a view of the open horizon and the sound of the crackling wood-fired stove.

The experience consists of 3 guided sauna rounds, where Kenneth works with carefully selected essential oils, incense and heat waves that slowly unfold the senses and create a meditative and immersive atmosphere. Between rounds there are breaks with the opportunity for three refreshing dips in the sea, where the cold and wind from the North Sea provide an intense and invigorating contrast to the sauna's warmth. During the breaks you are served fruit, snacks and homemade electrolyte drinks.

Kenneth's signature sauna is characterized by calm, presence and nature's elements - an experience where fire, sea, scents and silence merge together and give the body space to rest. A simple but profound experience where you can let the pace disappear for a moment and simply be present in the warmth.
