Welcome to a heartfelt workshop where we create a safe and intimate space for reflection and personal growth. This evening's theme: How to keep the energy clean between us. Every disconnection creates distance in our relationships. In romantic partnerships, we may stop initiating contact and let love fade. In other relationships-at work, with friends, in family-unresolved issues accumulate until we lose interest in spending time together. We develop avoidance strategies: not answering calls, withdrawing, feeling drained when we meet, carrying guilt about neglected connections. We know something is festering because we're not tending to it.
