Lønstrup SaunaGus Festival

The Lønstrup SaunaGus Festival takes place on Saturday, 29 August 2026 from 10:00 to 16:00 (meeting time 09:30) on the southern beach in Lønstrup on Denmark's northwest coast. The price is 395 kr. per participant and covers access to all day's activities. All profits go to Lønstrup Badeklub.

The day features several themed saunas, each with its own theme, scents and temperature, guided by experienced sauna masters. Activities include: OceanFlow Yoga x 2 with Lasse Haurdal from Styrke & Ro, Sound Healing x 2 with Maika Egelund from Egelund Event & Retreat, Pilates with Malene Ågaard from Reform Me, Ocean Heart Opening Ritual and Ocean Foam - Light & Playful Yoga with Dorthe Hoppe from Yoga4You, plus live music by Frederik Knudsen with original songs. Additional activities will be announced as the festival approaches.

There are warm wilderness baths, ice-cold pools and the opportunity for a dip in the North Sea. At the festival, young people from FGU (Food and Nutrition) in Hjørring sell sustainable food.
