FORTÆL - Vigga Bro Tells Stories!

Vigga Bro is a storyteller, and an evening with her is a bouquet of tales - some inherited, others of her own making. Which stories are told depends on the time, place, and the audience sitting before her.

The event is part of the storytelling festival FORTÆL, running from 7 to 12 September, where Islands Brygge hosts a full festival dedicated to the art of storytelling for the fourth time. Islands Brygge Library, led by festival director Marie Louise, organizes the festival with support from Amager Vest Local Committee.

Over five days, performances spread across the entire Bryggen area - the Culture House, the library, Hans Tausen Church, and Haraldsborg all participate, with bodega storytelling among the offerings. Everything happens live and direct.
