Reality and fiction collide when four actors tell the story of Aksel, who returns to his old theatre - now run on individualistic principles by his daughter Eva. His last great success was an ancient Greek tragedy, and as he approaches the costumes again, memories flood back: his friend Mogens, who once set him on the theatre's path, Den Rejsende Højskole, hibiscus tea, the world's largest mill, and revolutionary dreams. The play asks: what weighs more heavily - ideologies or relationships?
The production has received outstanding reviews: ★★★★★★ from Kulturkupeen ("a little gem in every way"), ★★★★★ from Iscene ("powerful and moving"), and ★★★★ from both Morten Buckhøj, CPHCULTURE and Ungt Teaterblod.
