Croquis

Croquis is about drawing from a live model to train and develop your personal artistic style - the one that, like handwriting, is uniquely yours. It is a discipline that sharpens your observational skills and challenges your eye with movement and form, and can strengthen your work across other artistic areas.

Participants bring their own pencils and paper. There is no fixed instructor - you draw on your own and under mutual inspiration, but an instructor can be arranged if there is sufficient interest. The models are experienced professionals with several years of experience.

You do not need to participate every time, but you must register for each individual date at least 8 days in advance. A minimum of 4 participants is required per session - if there are fewer, that date will be cancelled.

The dates are Thursday 24 September, Thursday 8 October and Thursday 22 October, all 10:00-12:00.
