Kontiki - 101 Days Back

Kontiki - 101 Days Back draws on the 1947 expedition of Norwegian anthropologist and scientist Thor Heyerdahl - a perilous journey on a timber raft across the vast oceans. The production explores navigating the unknown and trusting your inner compass when the sea is vast and you are small - alone with water and stars.

Directed by Alex Byrne, with scenography by Claus Helbo, the cast features Klaus Weirup Andersen, Anders Valentinus Dam, and Bastian Popp. The concept and idea were developed by the production team.

Kontiki - 101 Days Back is presented in collaboration with Nørregaards Teater.
