Anne Dorte Michelsen (born 1958 in Aarhus) is a Danish singer, songwriter and pianist who rose to prominence as lyricist and lead vocalist of Tøsedrengene in the early 1980s - a band whose six studio albums sold over a million copies in Denmark. Her solo career, spanning more than ten albums, reached audiences across Scandinavia and Japan, where the song "Fortrolighed" became the title track of a popular TV series. In 2023 she received the Danish Arts Foundation's lifetime honorary grant.
