Asger Maltha Rasmussen is a saxophonist and EWI player from Lyngby-Taarbæk who has been studying at the Danish National Academy of Music (SDMK) in Odense since 2025. He took up the saxophone at age nine, completed a three-year talent programme at his local music school, and won the Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality amateur music prize in 2020. He works in jazz and experimental rhythmic music, performing with the jazz group Cold Sweat and his own projects on stages around Odense.
