About

Ashes of Billy are a Danish rock trio from Roskilde, formed in 2022 by Daniel Aabenhus Hermann (guitar/vocals), Anton Stampe (bass) and Johan Borgaa (drums) - all three started the band as teenagers. Drawing on 90s Seattle grunge and Danish forebears like D-A-D and Dizzy Mizz Lizzy, they have quickly worked their way onto major festival stages: Copenhell 2025, NorthSide 2026, Tinderbox 2026 and Sweden Rock Festival 2026. Their single "Feel You Around" reached #5 on Spotify Viral 50 DK - rare for a rock act - and "Shamed" from the EP The Right Place was named Classic Rock Magazine's Track of the Week.
