About
Beinir is the stage name of Faroese singer-songwriter Beinir Troest Rasmussen, born on 6 June 2000 in Saltangará, Faroe Islands. He moved to Copenhagen in 2021 and performs solo with an acoustic guitar and a drum pedal - a setup that earned him 4.5 out of 5 stars from Bands of Tomorrow at the Uhørt Festival. His debut album "Greener" (2024) put singles "Romeo", "Greener" and "Call Me A Dreamer" into rotation on Danish radio P4, and he has appeared on national TV shows including Go' Morgen Danmark and Vild Med Dans.
