Megadeth - Support: Black Label Society + Testament
Megadeth plays its farewell concert at K.B. Hallen in Frederiksberg with Black Label Society and Testament as support, celebrating four decades with hits spanning their entire career.
Black Label Society is an American heavy metal band founded in Los Angeles in 1998 by guitarist and vocalist Zakk Wylde, long-time lead guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne. The band's sound fuses crushing riffs with blues-drenched grooves and heartfelt ballads, and they have released 12 studio albums since their debut. Wylde remains the creative core, keeping the band active alongside his work with Pantera and his Black Sabbath tribute project Zakk Sabbath.
Black Label Society released their 12th studio album 'Engines of Demolition' on March 27, 2026 via MNRK Records - the first album since 'Doom Crew Inc.' in 2021.
'Engines of Demolition' contains the track 'Ozzy's Song', which is a tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne, who died of a heart attack on July 22, 2025.
Black Label Society announced in November 2025 a North American tour with 33 shows from February to May 2026 - the band's first tour since 2021.
Zakk Wylde performed with Ozzy Osbourne at the farewell concert 'Back to the Beginning' in Birmingham on July 5, 2025, just 17 days before Osbourne's death.
Zakk Wylde spent much of 2025 touring with Pantera, including as part of Metallica's M72 tour.
