Cillian Steen Murphy is a Danish music journalist and rapper, best known as the host of Proces Podcast - a weekly interview show in which he talks to current Danish musicians about the creative process behind their music. He is also one half of the Copenhagen alt-hip-hop duo Frit Løb alongside producer Jonas Holmark Tarp, and has written for Gaffa since 2017.
Proces Podcast launched the summer format '16 Minutes With...' with short interviews from Spot Festival 2026, including with Elias Boussnina.

Frit Løb released the EP Utide on January 31, 2025 - six songs that are conceived as a continuation of the EP I tide from 2023.
