About

Copenhagen Soloists is a Danish vocal and instrumental ensemble founded in 2006 by Danish-Israeli violinist and conductor Jonathan Ofir. The ensemble performs on period instruments following historically informed practice, covering repertoire from Monteverdi and Bach through to the Romantic era. It has staged major works including Bach's Mass in B minor, Mozart's Requiem and - notably - Schumann's Fourth Symphony on historical instruments, a Danish first.
