Denis Horvat was born in Frederiksværk, Denmark, to Croatian parents and is now based in Copenhagen. A self-taught producer and DJ, he calls his sound 'synthesizer techno' - melodic, atmospheric, and built around analog synths. He has released on Innervisions, Afterlife and Diynamic, and runs his own label Vokabularium. His remix of WhoMadeWho's 'Dynasty' and tracks like 'Noise' and 'Modelo' have made him a regular fixture on international dance floors.
Denis Horvat released the single 'Tameen' on his own label Vokabularium in July 2026.
Horvat collaborated with Awen and Floyd Lavine on 'Love Is Like Music', released on Cocoon Recordings in June 2026.
The single '& All That Jazz' was released on Vokabularium on January 16, 2026 as part of an upcoming larger project.
In July 2025, Horvat completed a Mexico/USA tour with performances in, among others, Tulum, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
The EP 'Unfold' was released on Vokabularium in March 2025 with collaboration with the young vocalist Lilli Ellen.
