Faux Real is a Franco-American duo made up of brothers Elliott and Virgile Arndt, based in Los Angeles. They debuted in 2020 with a self-titled EP and released their acclaimed first album Faux Ever in 2024 on City Slang, which was named one of BBC Radio 6 Music's albums of the year. The pair are known for highly theatrical live shows that fuse art-pop, electronics and choreographed performance.
Faux Real released the single 'One & Done' and announced a major headline tour in North America, UK and Europe for autumn 2026.
The duo announced their second studio album Poison Time, which will be released on 4 September 2026 via the record label b4, and released the lead single 'That Far'.
Wet Leg remixed Faux Real's single 'Walking Away From My Demons', which was released on 25 February 2025.
Faux Real announced a headline tour in North America, Europe and UK in spring 2025 in support of their debut album Faux Ever.
The debut album Faux Ever was named one of BBC Radio 6 Music's albums of the year for 2024.
