Go West are an English pop duo formed in London in 1982 by vocalist Peter Cox and guitarist Richard Drummie. They won the Brit Award for British Breakthrough Act in 1986 and scored a string of international top 10 hits in the mid-to-late 1980s, including "We Close Our Eyes", "Call Me" and "King of Wishful Thinking", the last of which appeared on the Pretty Woman soundtrack in 1990. The duo remain active touring artists, marking their 40th anniversary with orchestral shows in 2025.
