Hälsingefyr is a Swedish folk/rock/bluegrass band from Hälsingland whose sound draws on the region's folk traditions as well as Irish folk rock. The lineup - guitar, mandolin, banjo, fiddle and double bass - handles both original songs and covers, and the band is particularly known for its tributes to Swedish singer-songwriter Cornelis Vreeswijk, with songs like Veronica and Felicia adjö as live staples. With more than 15 years of touring across Sweden, from Skåne to Lapland, they have built a loyal following on the Nordic folk circuit.
