Henrik Strube (born 21 February 1949) is a Danish guitarist, singer and songwriter who rose to prominence as a member of the socialist art collective Røde Mor from 1973 to 1977, one of the defining political rock acts of 1970s Denmark. He went on to lead Henrik Strube Band and scored his biggest solo hit with "Hold om mig" in 1983, a song later covered by Björn Afzelius and Sanne Salomonsen among others. Beyond music, he has published novels, translated Charles Bukowski into Danish, and spent 25 years editing the musicians' union journal Musikeren.
Henrik Strube turned 70 on February 21, 2019 and was celebrated with articles in, among others, Kristeligt Dagblad and Stiften, which traced threads from the Røde Mor era to his work as an author and editor.
