Homesick Hank
Homesick Hank returns with new material from the album Neon Night, blending Americana, country, and folk with organ, lap-steel, and vocal harmonies.
Homesick Hank are a Danish band working in americana, country and folk - a sound they call 'Nordicana'. Formed in 2002, the five-piece features Kudre Haan on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Jesper Andersen on keys, Jesper Tullin on guitar and pedal steel, Tobias Lange on drums, and Anders Blomqvist on bass. Their 2015 album Beautiful Life featured American singer Mary Gauthier, and in 2026 they returned with Neon Night on Slow Shark Records - their fifth album and first release in over a decade.
Homesick Hank released the album Neon Night on Slow Shark Records - the band's fifth album featuring guest appearances by Amy Boone and Sahra da Silva.
The band announced on Facebook that album number five was almost finished - more than ten years after Beautiful Life.
Homesick Hank performed at Tønder Festival, Denmark's largest folk and roots festival.
