Hula Hula (DK)
Danish band Hula Hula performs a concert in Skanderborg.
Hula Hula is a Danish tribute act that has honoured the music of the late entertainer Flemming "Bamse" Jørgensens since the mid-2010s. Fronted by former Kandis drummer Michael Kratz, the band is recognisable by its striped t-shirts and its close recreation of Bamse's warm, Jutlandic humour on stage. Over more than a decade Hula Hula has performed classics such as "Vimmersvej", "I En Lille Båd Der Gynger" and "Venner Kom Og Se" at festivals, town parties, venues and even nursing homes across Denmark.
