About

Jaya the Cat are a reggae, ska and punk rock band founded in Boston in 1998, now long based in Amsterdam. Fronted by vocalist Geoff Lagadec, the band built its following primarily in Europe after relocating there in the early 2000s, playing major festivals such as Lowlands and Pukkelpop alongside relentless club touring. Their fifth studio album, *A Good Day for the Damned* (2017), is their most recent full-length release.
