Jørgen Skouboe is a Danish TV host, hunter and inventor, best known for nature programmes such as "Dus med dyrene", "Nak og æd" and "Ude i Naturen". Self-taught throughout his career, he has spent decades bringing the outdoors to Danish audiences. His talk "Utæmmet af natur" traces his life story in conversation with journalist Dorthe Løwendahl Bomann.
