Johnny Dahlgaard Hansen (born 25 July 1965 in Hurup Thy) is the lead singer and guitarist of Danish dansband Kandis, which he co-founded in 1989. The band has sold over 1.5 million albums in Denmark, with hits such as "En lille ring af guld" - a song that held the top spot on the Danish dance charts for 33 weeks. Alongside Kandis, Hansen has released five solo albums, including the Nashville-recorded country project "My favorite Country Songs".
Kandis released the album "Kandis 23" with 14 new songs on November 3, 2025.
