🎸 Jorge Cordero & Los Gran Daneses

About

Jorge Cordero & Los Gran Daneses is a Danish-Cuban salsa orchestra founded in 1991 by Cuban-born singer and tres player Jorge Cordero. The band fuses Cuban timba and son with New York-style salsa, and since its 1993 debut "Rompiendo El Hielo" it has released around 10 albums. They have toured across Europe, the US and Cuba, including an appearance at Miami's Calle Ocho Festival, and are considered one of Scandinavia's most seasoned salsa acts.
