Kristine Thorup is a Danish pianist who made her debut in 2007 at the Odd Fellow Palæet in Copenhagen and has since built a wide-ranging career as a soloist, chamber musician and accompanist. She trained at conservatories in Jutland, Copenhagen and Odense, with additional studies in Paris, Rome and Oslo, and has been broadcast on Danish Radio P2 on several occasions. Alongside her long-standing partnership with Royal Chamber Singer Stig Fogh Andersen, she plays in the piano trio Trio Kozue and presents concert lectures on music composed in Nazi concentration camps during World War II.
