Lunatic

About

Lunatic are a melodic thrash metal band from Kiel in northern Germany, founded by guitarist and vocalist Thorben Schulz, a former founding member and lead guitarist of the well-regarded German thrash act Rezet. The band played their first show in March 2023 and blend technical thrash with melodic, anthemic songwriting. In July 2025 they released their debut EP 'Eaten Alive' - four tracks produced by Ricky Wagner of Rezet at Rad Toad Studios - to positive reviews from the German metal underground.
