Mark Dixon (b. 1980) grew up in Hørup in Southern Jutland and trained as a singer at The Academy of Contemporary Music in London, where he was named Most Outstanding Vocalist of the Year. He has performed as a soloist with the South Jutland Symphony Orchestra in concert productions of Chess and Jesus Christ Superstar, and is a regular frontman with the show orchestra Festmaskinen. He is best known as one half of the duo Mark & Christoffer, which he has run since 1999 alongside childhood friend Christoffer Brodersen.
Mark & Christoffer toured in April and May 2026 with the concert program "Our Kim Larsen" - an acoustic tribute to Kim Larsen and Gasolin with folk musician Justine Boesen on accordion. Several dates were sold out.
Mark & Christoffer gave an extra Christmas concert at Tørning Mølle in November 2025 as a supplement to the regular Christmas concert tour.
The duo concluded their 2025 Christmas concert tour with two evenings in Kultursalen in Augustenborghallerne on December 19 and 20.
In April 2024, Mark & Christoffer celebrated 25 years in the service of music with a series of jubilee concerts, including at NørregadeTeatret in Maribo.
