About

Matteo Lane is an American stand-up comedian, singer, and illustrator, born in 1986 and raised in Des Plaines, Illinois. Before breaking into comedy, he lived in Italy as a classically trained opera singer and oil painter - a background that still runs through his material on food, sexuality, and gay life. Named one of Variety's "10 Comics to Watch," he has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, and his work has appeared on Netflix, Hulu, and The Tonight Show.
