MD-DUO is a Danish music duo from Thy in northwest Jutland, made up of Martin Jensen and Dennis Daugaard. With two albums, a string of singles and over 700 concerts behind them, they have built a loyal following through their blend of modern dansktop, West Jutland humour and crowd-sing energy. Their music has surpassed 10 million streams, and in 2024 they hosted their own show on national radio station DR P3.
MD-DUO announced a series of anniversary concerts on the occasion of the duo's 10-year anniversary, including a local anniversary concert at Thisted Musikteater on November 6, 2026.
In 2025, MD-DUO became ambassadors for Thisted Bryghus and developed a special merchandise bucket hat in collaboration with the brewery.
In 2024, the duo got their own radio program on DR P3 - *Godaw Venner - from Thy to Copenhagen* - where they guide listeners with a twinkle in their eye from Thy to what they call "Eastern Europe": Copenhagen.
MD-DUO from Thy brings their dansktop-inspired music to Sønderborghus. With over 700 concerts and millions of streams, the duo has built a loyal fanbase with hits like "Malta" and "Thy".
