Kneecap
Irish rap trio Kneecap brings their new album FENIAN to Denmark's largest indoor show, blending rave, rap and social satire in Irish.
Mo Chara is the stage name of Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, one of three members of the Northern Irish rap group Kneecap, who perform in Irish and English alongside Móglaí Bap and DJ Próvaí. The Belfast trio mix rap, rave and political satire, and have grown from the Irish underground to headline slots at Coachella and Glastonbury. Their 2024 semi-autobiographical film won awards at Sundance and the BAFTAs, and their third album FENIAN followed in April 2026.
Kneecap released their third album FENIAN on April 24, 2026 via Heavenly Recordings, produced by Dan Carey.
Kneecap released the single 'No Comment' in November 2025 in response to the terrorism case against Mo Chara.
A British court dismissed the terrorism charge against Mo Chara in September 2025 due to a procedural error - the charge had been filed one day too late.
Mo Chara was charged in May 2025 under British terrorism legislation for allegedly displaying a Hezbollah flag at a concert in London in November 2024. He pleaded not guilty.
The Kneecap film received 17 IFTA nominations and won four awards at the Irish film and television awards in February 2025.
