MOONJAM Anniversary Tour
MOONJAM marks its anniversary with a tour stop at Polyfonen in Varde.
Moonjam is a Danish pop-rock band founded in 1985 by brothers Morten and Rasmus Kærså, with saxophone at the centre of their sound. They broke through in the late 1980s and early 1990s with hits such as "Østen for solen", "Gennem ild og vand" and "Bag de blå bjerge", releasing more than ten albums over their career. Morten Kærså, the band's main songwriter, has roots in the legendary Danish band Sneakers, while Rasmus came from Danseorkestret. After a hiatus in the 2000s, Moonjam returned to active touring and now plays dozens of concerts across Denmark each year.
Moonjam and Back to Back announced a joint tour under the title "All the Songs" with stops at, among others, Midtfyns Festival in September 2025.
Moonjam and Back to Back played the first dates of the "All the Songs" tour in February and March 2025, including at Kulturværftet in Helsingør and Kulturmaskinen in Odense.
Moonjam has scheduled concerts in August and September 2025, including in Herning, Rødekro, Over Barrit, Ringe and Holstebro.
Moonjam played over 60 concerts in the past year and solidified its position as one of Denmark's most active live bands.
Moonjam resumed concert activities in earnest in the summer of 2022 after a longer break.
