About

Odense Barokfestival is an annual festival of baroque music played on original instruments in the spirit of historical performance practice. It opened in 2016 with three concerts in Vor Frue Kirke and marks its 10th anniversary in 2026. Ensemble Barocca is its resident ensemble, and each winter the festival stages Handel's Messiah with its own baroque orchestra and choir.
