Oscar Mulero is a Spanish DJ and producer from Madrid who has shaped the European techno scene since the late 1980s. He co-founded The Omen Club in Madrid in 1994 and runs two labels - Warm Up Recordings (est. 2000) and PoleGroup Recordings (est. 2004) - each with more than 100 catalogue entries. His sound draws on dark, industrial and hypnotic techno rooted in EBM, Detroit and Birmingham, and he is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in global underground techno.
