Panzerfaust are a Canadian black metal band from Ontario, formed in 2005 and currently signed to the German label Eisenwald. Driven by vocalist and guitarist Brock Van Dijk, the band builds dense, atmospheric compositions around themes of war, religion and human darkness. Their most ambitious work is the four-album series "The Suns of Perdition" (2019-2024), a philosophically charged conceptual tetralogy completed with Chapter IV: To Shadow Zion in November 2024. Extensive touring across North America and Europe - including appearances at Norway's Inferno Festival and the UK's Damnation Festival - has built them a devoted underground following.
Panzerfaust released "The Suns of Perdition - Chapter IV: To Shadow Zion" on November 22, 2024 via Eisenwald and thus concluded the tetralogy.
The band performed the "All Grounds Zeroed" tour in North America and Europe in autumn 2025, including performances in Manchester (Damnation Festival) and London.
Panzerfaust played a rare home show in Toronto at Lee's Palace on September 18, 2025.
Panzerfaust is on a European tour in summer 2026 with dates in Belgrade, Malmö, Stockholm, Vienna and Osnabrück, among others.
The band performed in Nuremberg on December 8, 2024 together with the German band Kanonenfieber.
