René Hejdmann is the lead singer of Gasbox, a Danish tribute band dedicated to Kim Larsen and Gasolin'. He joined the predecessor band as a guitarist in 2006 and took over as frontman in 2010, going on to make a full-time living from performing Kim Larsen covers. In 2023 he won the DR1 singing competition 'Stjerneklar', where he impersonated Kim Larsen across eight live episodes.
