Sigurd Barrett (born 20 January 1967) is a Danish pianist, composer, entertainer and author who has introduced music to generations of children and families through DR television programmes such as Sigurds Bjørnetime and Sigurd & Symfoniorkestret, as well as thousands of live concerts across Denmark. With more than 48 music albums and 50 books to his name - selling over one million copies in total - he received the Order of the Dannebrog in 2020 for his contribution to Danish cultural life.
