Søren Bebe Trio is a Copenhagen-based jazz ensemble founded in 2007 by pianist and composer Søren Bebe, who graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus in 2004 and has since become one of the leading voices in European jazz. The trio - with bassist Kasper Tagel and Norwegian drummer Knut Finsrud - plays melodic, Nordic-inflected jazz frequently compared to Tord Gustavsen and the late Esbjörn Svensson. Nine studio albums in, including the Danish Music Award-nominated Here Now (2023) and the latest Gratitude (2026), they have built a following well beyond Scandinavia and performed at festivals such as the London Jazz Festival, SXSW and the Hong Kong Jazz Festival.
