About

Susanne Elmark (born 20 March 1968) is a Danish coloratura soprano trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, who has built an international career since her 1992 debut. She is best known for technically demanding roles such as the Queen of the Night, Zerbinetta and Marie in Zimmermann's Die Soldaten, and has performed at houses including Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Bayerische Staatsoper, Gran Teatre del Liceu and Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires.
